Heritage Point is one of the newer adult communities located in Barnegat NJ just off Parkway Exit 67. Construction
began in 2000 and the community is about 80% built. There are 8 models to view and many resales are available. Homes
range in size from 1320 square feet to 2145 square feet. Prices begin around $260,000. The community boasts 2
