Who Are We?
The Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Department of Family Medicine Geriatric Program is pleased to collaborate with Parker Home in creating the Center for Healthy Aging at Parker at Stonegate. Geriatric medical specialists from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School have been providing medical services at Parker Home for over 20 years and work closely to provide a holistic approach to the overall well-being of everyone within the Parker family.
Geriatricians are medical physicians who have completed medical school, a core training program in a primary care medicine field like family medicine, and then specialize in geriatrics through additional years of fellowship training. Other physicians affiliated with the Center for Healthy Aging have special expertise in sports medicine, complementary medical interventions, and related fields. We also work closely with the Wellness Center providers of additional health and fitness services. All of our physicians are board certified and are on the faculty of the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School .
With the opening of the Pavilion at Parker, we are able to provide an integrated approach to medical care encompassing a wide range of medical, social and family concerns to complement the Health/Wellness Program at the Pavilion.

Our physicians share a commitment with the Parker community to provide care that is compassionate and respectful, while being state-of-art. We have a daily presence at Parker, with conveniently scheduled hours and the availability of after-hour coverage for unexpected health events.
