tlantic Hills is an adult community set way back from the highway off Route 72 in Manahawkin NJ, about 5 minutes off
Parkway Exit 63. Construction was completed in the late 1990's. Homes range from 1288 square feet to 1630 square feet.
Prices begin around $240,000. If you really don't want much of a yard, but want to be close to the beach, this is where
you want to look. There is a beautiful lake with a fountain and the clubhouse has an outdoor pool. All this and you are
